USAV/SRVA Registration
Register with USAV/SRVA BEFORE registering for tryouts. You will need your USAV/SRVA membership # for tryout registrations.

REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Check the USA Volleyball Age Definition for your classification.
2. Register for a tryout membership with USAV/SRVA. Cost is $10.00 per player. Membership number and picture of card required for COLAVOL tryout registration.
3. Register with COLAVOL - Select age and location of your tryout. Cost is $30 per player to tryout. USAV/SRVA tryout membership # and picture of membership card are required. 
4. Plan to arrive 30 min prior to your tryout time to begin the check-in process.

12U-14U Tryout Dates 
Columbus 
12U/13U - Sunday, October 16th 4:00-6:30pm EST @ Salvation Army 
12U/13U Callbacks/Makeups* - Tuesday, October 18th 6:30-8:30pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
Ages 10-11 may try out with 12U. Depending on interest, there may be an additional tryout/team added for 11U.

14U - Saturday, October 15th 9:00am-12:00pm EST @ Salvation Army REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
14U Callbacks/Makeups* - Monday, October 17th 6:30-8:30pm EST @ Salvation Army 

*Only register for makeups if you will not be at the original tryout. Do not register again for callbacks.


15U-18U Tryout Dates 
Columbus 
15U - Sunday, November 6th 1:00-3:30pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
15U Callbacks/Makeups* - Monday, November 7th 5:30-7:30pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym

16U - Sunday, November 6th 3:30-6:00pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
16U/17U Callbacks/Makeups* - Monday, November 7th 7:45-9:30pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym

17U/18U - Sunday, November 6th 6:00-8:30pm EST @ COLAVOL Gym REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
NO 18U Callbacks
