What does COLAVOL stand for?
COLAVOL Volleyball Club was formerly known as Columbus Juniors Volleyball at its inception 19 years ago. When volleyball interest exploded, players from outside of Columbus, Georgia began seeking premier volleyball training. The change in the Club's name was to reflect the growing participation from the surrounding area.

At what age may my child begin to train with COLAVOL?
We offer programs for players in 3rd grade up to the experienced high school seniors. We design programs to train and challenge every player all calendar year.

When is your season?
We are nearly always “in season.” We offer a variety of programs throughout the entire calendar year. Club travel season is October through May. In addition to our club travel season, we offer non-travel, instructional programs called Intraclub and Cubs.

What is the difference between Limited Travel and Travel teams?
We offer two options for our travel season, Limited Travel teams and Travel teams. Limited Travel teams are usually ages 14 and under, go to fewer events during the season, and are less expensive than Travel teams.
